fresh ingredients friendly staff convenient location

i stayed in a superior double room. the breakfast included fresh ingredients and a variety of choices. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near public transport making it easy to explore the city.

the soundproofing could be improved as i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

adequate but with issues

uncomfortable pillows thin walls

the pillows were not comfortable I asked for alternatives but the hotel had none available. the walls seemed thin I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway. my room key stopped working once it was inconvenient.

tiny room internet access

breakfast was acceptable i suppose the staff i interacted with was ok.

the room they put me in was tiny it barely fit my suitcase. internet access it was a disaster i couldn't even check my email. there's no way i will choose this place again

train station clean facilities

The hotel sits close to the main train station. This station helps with travel around the area. The staff completed a fast checkin process. Rooms and facilities were clean.

The breakfast buffet quality was below my expectations.

The room was clean and tidy , a feature I expect from a hotel.

I found the shower temperature to be inconsistent. It fluctuated between hot and cold , , made showering unpleasant. I expect a more stable water temperature.
